I need some help from all of you...

I am trying to find some fruits that are low carb per serving. I am happy with eating only one serving, but most fruits seem to be SO HIGH considering what you get.

An apple - 34 grams - good grief!!!

Any suggestions?

Thanks a bunch!

Well, according to MFP - my raw banana the other day has 31 grams of carbs. THAT IS A TON for one piece of fruit.

I am trying to stay between 100 - 135 grams of carbs PER DAY.

Bananas are not a low-carb fruit, they are pretty high in sugars (but the good kind). 27g carb for a medium banana.

Berries are a better choice for a lower-carb fruit. Strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, etc.

But I would recommend still eating your fruits if you are watching your carb, just watch the grains and sugars from other foods! Fruit is so good for you, and has fiber too!
