Hi all, I am pretty close to my goal weight now (yay!) but I know that as I increase my calories again, I will have a bit of a bounce back in weight. I am pretty happy right now! 3 months (pics)
I have been on this (2nd time) journey for 3 months. It's really hard knowing if you are seeing results when you see yourself every day. I took photos today and compared them and wow there really is a difference! I am stoked! I am 8kg down, 2 or 3kg still to go. But this encourages me to keep the efforts up.
