HR hit 199 today

Carrying your child while walking
I try to walk without the kids but if I have to take them it is generally in the stroller. Tonight we tried a backpack carrier and the only thing that stopped us was the rain :( How can I figure out the calories. New and Have a question
When I fill in all my goals my calories remaining is 1330. To me that seems pretty low. Every site that I have tried to calculate my calorie says to lose 1lbs a week I need to consume between 1500 - 1800. Is there something different on how it is calculated here or am I missing something?
