So I am still getting use to my HRM and I think I am using the ownzone feature (polar F7) and it gives me a range of 122-141. I just did my EA Sports Active on the Wii and my Average was 150 and m max was 199. My total HR max is set to 204.

I am not sure what it all means. I was only sprinting for a few minutes when it hit 199. I know it is good to exercise in your zone but I am not sure if this thing adjusts your zone or what. At times it seems low and others too high.

My resting HR is usually around 85-100 so is it unusual for it to hit almost 200?

A super easy, not always incredibly accurate, measurement for what your max HR should be is 220-age, so you are 32, your max HR should be 188.
Now, that being said, the HRM shows your highest ever. That does NOT mean you were at 199 for a minute, it means that for a few beats, your heart was going that fast. I would worry more about your average HR than your max.
Again, this changes for every individual as well. My HR while exercising, even at me healthiest, was fast. My recovery was awesome, but I would finish a sprint workout at 206 HR.
I wouldn't worry, unless your average creeps up there. :)
