When I fill in all my goals my calories remaining is 1330. To me that seems pretty low. Every site that I have tried to calculate my calorie says to lose 1lbs a week I need to consume between 1500 - 1800. Is there something different on how it is calculated here or am I missing something?

How many pounds are you trying to lose a week? That sounds pretty consistent with trying to lose 2 pounds/week (or even trying to lose one pound/week if you are already smaller or have less to lose). The formula they use is taking 500 calories/day off of your BMR... so maybe check your BMR at another site and see if it is at 1830? Remember that you add exercise calories on top of that, so if you exercise at all during the day you will be up to 1500 calories/day!

    Thanks :)

I am ok with losing 1lb a week. I am in no hurry!
I weigh 170 and trying to get down to 130.
    I tried here : http://www.caloriecheckbook.com/
It says that in total what I burn daily is 2337 calories - BMR ( at rest) = 1669 PAL( burned thru activity) = 668
