I have 639 calories left over

I had an off day and didn't really eat as much as I should have. Here it is 10:30 and I still have 639 calories left. Do I have a small snack and call it a bonus day or what? I have never had that many calories left over and I even reduced my target calories. I found it hard to stay within the 1600 range and now I have 600+ under....crazy!

    Whoa that's a lot to have leftover! You should totally go for a few pieces of dark chocolate on that! :)

    Or something else, but definitely something!

    I went over today, for the first time ever. Not much over, but still. Stupid coworkers and their stupid cupcakes and yanno, I just HAD to eat one. Not to would be rude. :wink:

    Oh well, one day isn't going to ruin all my efforts.

    Do you feel hungry? Regardless I would eat at least a little something. Try to go for something with some protein and carbs, like cheese and crackers, a bagel with cream cheese, or something along those lines. I wouldn't advise eating all 639 right now, but you should have something to keep your metabolism geared up.

    This late at night, something with healthy fat, but not heavy would be good. Egg white with avocado, or some nuts, or even a big glass of chocolate milk. But don't stuff your body if you aren't feeling it - it may be your body telling you to stop moving and go have a rest.

    You can use some of them for a fruit smoothie I like that because I can control it with frozen fruit I keep in the freezer, Naked Juice just 4 oz and I had about 2 oz of water, designer whey or any other kind of whey I control the calories on that since 1 cap is 100 cal's also sometimes I add granulated green tea and I always add spenda. Seriously it gives you energy tood.

    Cup of milk or some peanut butter would be my recommendation, maybe some fruit. Something healthy!

    If you're not hungry, don't eat. As long as it doesn't happen often, going under one day isn't going to mess up your metabolism or efforts. If you are hungry, eat something light. I like the cheese and crackers ideal.

  • Bag of popcorn .. that's what I had .. even that is not that much, put some butter on it!
