Vitamins

I am going shopping in a bit and think I should grab a multi-vitamin. I use to just take a prenatal and since haven't taken anything. I use to take the womens one a day weight smart. Should I grab those again or is there something better I do not yet know about?

I would be taking them just for the benefits and not really anything to do with weight loss. I guess just paving my healthy path :)

    I love Women's One A Day for Active Mind and Body. Definitely helps keep up my energy level. Can be kinda tricky to find though.

    I sneak two of my kids' Flinstone Vitamins every morning :laugh:

    Hm never heard of it but will look for it today. I am in Canada so not sure if we have all the cool stuff other places do...lol.

    i just take the Walmart brand Womans MultiVitamin and my Omega Fish oil caps :):)

    vitamins are a good thing for you to take. theris a lot of good ones. i like gertoil took it when i was young it made me feel good now i like centrum or just a generic multi vitamin
