Question about maintaining while recovering from surgery
So here is my dilema... I am having surgery in 2 days.... I don't want to gain weight while in recovery... Ya know, forced to be sedentary. I just went and set my calories to maintanace with sedentary. Do you think this is the best thing to do??? It puts me at 1840 which is easy to not eat over, especially when not working…

Hows the week going??
I have done pretty awesome if I must say so... I was under my calories by 563 yesterday,... I wear the FITBIT and it says I burned 3050 cals SOOO with calories eaten, my deficit was around 1300...( I ate just over 1700 cals) I was so hungry when I went to bed but... A- I was high protein and couldn't think of anything good…

I eat around 1800-2000 cals a day, I have MFP set to 1200 but burn more than the 800 I need to get to 2000 a day...
