I have a paper to write for school where I need to interview someone who is working in the field I am looking to work in (I already do have clients, just don't have my degree I am working twards.)
Here is who I am looking for.... A woman who is training other woman typically in the womans homes.
Here are the questions I am looking to get answered... BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER INFO, I would greatly appreciate it.... My paper is due in 3 weeks, so I would love to gather as much info as I can.!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!
1. Why did you choose this job?
2. Who (if anyone) influenced you?
3. What is your job description and can you explain in detail what your job entails?
4. Are there opportunities for you to advance in your job?
5. How much education does your position require and is the education ongoing? Do you need to continue to take courses in order to keep your job?
6. Could you reveal your annual salary? Is your salary enough to support your lifestyle?
7. Is your job long term? (i.e., will this type of work always be needed?).
8. What do you like most about your job? What do you like the least about your job? What gives you the most satisfaction?
9. If you could start over, would you choose this occupation or something different? Why?
10. Are your working conditions all that you’d like it to be?
