how accurate do you think those scales are for these measurements. i know they won't be 100% but are they do able? I have a digital scale at home which i love but i seen a few new ones today and they show, bmi, body fat, water %, fat lbs, fat % and bone % along with weight. is it necessary to have all the other numbers?

I find i do good all day all week but dinners really blow it for me :( for example, tonight i made home made lemon chicken.
