how many breasts do you tend to get in a 1 lb package? when making a recipe, say for 3 and using 3 breasts would i say the servings are for 3 when trying to figure out the nutritional facts? i was just trying to figure out the nutritional facts for a recipe and i can't get it right???? it seems so high? i was doing a salsa chicken recipe, the recipe is this: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup salsa, 1 package low sodium taco seasoning, 1 cup low fat sour cream. this is what i got for a serving size of 4.
