want to lose another 5 lbs by the end of march.... tips plea

I have been trying to lose weight ( at least 10lbs) since Oct 22, so far i have been logging on here since mid nov and doing a 1200 cal a day plan. i have been doing 5 days a week of cardio ( 30-45min) and then i threw in 30ds. so when i started 30 ds i did 20 min cardio to warm up and then the video daily. Now that it's been over 2 months of all of this i have only lost 4lbs. ( 1 inch off my thighs, waist and tummy) but i am stuck, i can't seem to stay below 137? i will get to 136 but it never stays around. what other kind of tips can you give me to help me proceed? I just came back from a 10 day holiday,so never logged or kept track of what i was eating and i really didn't gain weight ( thank god) but i really want to lose those 7 lbs within the next 2months....
