need a asian recipe that uses peanut butter and noodles
i have tried a few times a chicken recipe when out it always has peanut buuter and noodles in it. it is always so yummy. even when on holidays at a all inclusive the asian restaurant always seems to have some sort of chicken noodle recipe with peanut butter in it. how can i create something like that at home, what would i use in it?

Mix in a tbsp of peanut butter (or almond), fresh ginger,garlic, soy sauce, touch of lime juice, rice wine vinegar all together in mason jar. Add water to thin a bit. Use in stir fry or add a bit of EVOO and add to Asian salad ( shrimp broccoli salad, greens)0
