how do you change your calorie settings?
hi im new here and to this method.. want to make sure my numbers are correct. my bmr is 1281, 1281 x 1.3= 1665 so is that what i should set my calories to? and whats the other number for? bmr+1000-1665=616 thank you!

when do you start noticing results?
