Not new here or anything, but I am pretty new to lifting. Looking for some supportive, knowledgeable, friends that lift. :)

    I lift, mostly a version of Stronglifts 5x5, but sometimes make up different routines. Aiming for 2-3x/wk.

    Quite a few lifters around from casual lifters to competitive weightlifters, powerlifters and bodybuilders. (I'm a powerlifter.)

    I love to lift, I mostly follow the program put together by my trainer but occasionally will do extra sessions of lifting for the sheer love of it.

    Hey I've been on mfp for 3 months now. Mostly lifting and some cardio. I need to lose the rest off my baby weight,like 8lbs. It's always nice to have some motivation. I'm also on body space.

    I love lifting days I have a program that varies some but hits lower body first the upper body taking about 2 hours with as short as possible breaks. Trying to add core inbetween rounds of lower body. I feel a lot more comfortable with lower than I do with upper but its getting there You can add me
