New to Running - What is a good "time" for a 5k?
I am doing the Couch to 5k program. Since I am new to running - I wonder how long does it take before a person is really ready to run a 5k? The Couch to 5k is a 9 week program - but I suspect it might take me longer. Also I don't really know what's a good goal to work toward - speed/time wise before signing up for a 5k?…

Any suggestions for the Over 40 woman trying to lose weight

Found no calorie/no fat/no sugar salad dressing
Don't know if you can find this in your area, but Walden Farms make awesome salad dressing that is Fat Free, Calorie Free, Sugar Free. It does have 250mg of sodium. Tastes great, too! I've been struggling to find something that isn't so calorie laden for my salads. Enjoy!

NSV - from size 12 to 8

Completed the first Day of Couch to 5K!
