I've decided my next workout adventure is going to be kettlebell workouts...I've been looking up DVDs but not real sure what sounds good. Any suggestions?

Question
Ok I just changed my calorie to my BMR which is 1570. This is the bare minimum I should eat correct. My TDEE is 2440 is max maintain. I know I'm supposed to eat inbetween these numbers...so do i ignore exercise calories I keep reading too much into the info...plz help

Ok as of Friday I will be done with Ripped in 30 and I've already completed 30DS. I need to know what I should do next. I think my inches have stalled out on me. I'm still consistently losing weight, but my inches haven't been changing for the last lil bit. I run atleast 3 days a week too. Please suggest something price…

I've hit the 20lbs lost goal!!!! I'm 8lbs from my original goal weight, however I'm thinking of changing it now. NSV- I am as of Wednesday a C25k graduate. Does anyone else use a "reserve"
I log my food and my exercise. Food I log on my fibit page because I prefer the way it logs to MFP. Anyway I try to everyday keep it saying I have about 100 calories left, to compensate for error in cals burned or consumed. I don't have a HRM...trying to save for one. Does anyone else do this? Is this a dumb idea?

NSV First Race!!!!!
Yesterday I ran in my first race. It was a choice of a 10k or a 2mi. I did the 2 mile (week 7 of c25k). First off it was cold an windy!!! Started the race with my pace song :) . Ripped in 30 week 2 ppl
I started week 2 today and I feel like I'm really struggling to do the moves right. I've already done 30DS and was fine and Week 1 I was fine. I felt like I hardly got a workout in because I couldn't get several of the moves right... Any one else have this problem

Ok so I measure once a month and I weigh in every 2 weeks. Scale said I gained a pound and all of my measurements went up like .25 to .5 inches? Did I really put that much fat back on or is it muscle growth? For last two weeks I've been running 3 days a week and doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 5 days a week.

I just completed week 5 day 2 + a lil. I did 1/4 mile = warm up walk 3/4 mile jog 1/2 mile walk 1 mile jog : NEVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE HAVE I RUN A MILE WITHOUT STOPPING!!!!! 1/2 mile = cool down walk all in all 3 miles in 46:30...I'm so proud of myself right now

80 days in and I'm half way there!

I was stretching infront of the mirror w/o my shirt (because I sweated to death during my wo today) and you can see my oblique muscles! holy crap I actually have them!!! Now if the layer of fat would finally come off the front!

Question
For someone that uses Sparkpeople....when you use the calorie calc for recipes do you know how much they are considering a serving is? I know what the whole meal is I'm cooking but I need to figure out if they are determining a serving by a cup or what.

Does anyone else not count calories? I've tried in the past an it just turns me into a crazy person and I'm too anal about it. I just keep an eye on my portion sizes an what I'm eating. How to record
Im on week 3 of C25k and have just been recording it as moderate walking for the duration of time from warm up to cool down... Probably burn more calories than it give me...should I keep doing this until its all running (still on intervals for 2 more weeks i think)...or does someone have a better idea?
