Im on week 3 of C25k and have just been recording it as moderate walking for the duration of time from warm up to cool down... Probably burn more calories than it give me...should I keep doing this until its all running (still on intervals for 2 more weeks i think)...or does someone have a better idea?

    ok found a new category jogging/training/wheelchair pushing....put that in that seems more correct...
