How often should you take your measurements?

The web site here says every 2-4 weeks. and its good to since when you gain muscle it weighs more then fat. best way to see progress0

Thanks I wasn't really sure. I didn't take measurements when I started and am kicking myself now. I took measurements on the 15ht and wasnt sure when to take them again0
