Ok so I measure once a month and I weigh in every 2 weeks.
Scale said I gained a pound and all of my measurements went up like .25 to .5 inches? Did I really put that much fat back on or is it muscle growth?
For last two weeks I've been running 3 days a week and doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 5 days a week.

It could be true weight gain, but it is most likely water weight. It is unlikely to be muscle gain. Unless you are pretty thin you are not likely to gain muscle faster than you lose fat.0

Do you physically see a difference, as in my opinion that is the most important measure , not a number on a scale, but the increases could be muscle or water weight.. i wouldnt worry too much if you have been eating clean and working out consistently0

Probably water weight then. Give it a few days of good eating then recheck and see if everything normalizes.0
