Need some sense

So I've been working out 5-6 days a week since just before Christmas. NEVER taking more than 2 days of rest a week. I worked out Monday and Tuesday this week, even though I felt kinda crappy Tuesday. By Wednesday I couldn't get off our couch. Got swabbed, sure enough FLU! I thought ok I just have to renegotiate my off days this week. Here it is Friday...I DESPERATELY want to workout, but I'm still run down and battling a headahce. I don't know how to handle anymore days of "rest" I'm seriously afraid I won't start back up again. Help!

The most important thing is to let your self feel better before anything strenuous. However, if you're feeling well enough you could do some light exercise (walking around the block.)

Thank you! I'm just one of those people that sometimes really has to hear it from someone else. Even if its the same thing I've been repeating to myself. I've been sitting here contemplating strapping the kiddos in the stroller and going for a short walk.0
