For someone that uses Sparkpeople....when you use the calorie calc for recipes do you know how much they are considering a serving is? I know what the whole meal is I'm cooking but I need to figure out if they are determining a serving by a cup or what.

Can't you see that in the recipe? Why don't you ask this at Sparkpeople? Most recipes state the number of servings...0

All it says is servings and I'm not a member of spark people. I was inputing my own recipe. I can change the number of servings to however many, but it doesn't give me a serving size.0

Then you're going to have to take a guess.
Figure one serving of pasta cooked is about a cup, a serving of meat is about the size of a deck of cards, cheese is one ounce (a one inch square cube)....veggies about a cup....potatoes depend on the weight.0
