I've decided my next workout adventure is going to be kettlebell workouts...I've been looking up DVDs but not real sure what sounds good. Any suggestions?

I haven't used any DVDs, but myomytv.com has lots of great KB workouts on her website for free0

there are loads of workouts on the internet totally free. I started with an easy one first to build up my sttength having not done anything involving any weights http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/kettlebell-workout
I village Uk have a good programme that builds week by week with full explanation on how to do each move so I am going there next!0 -
I did some "research" today and I'm thinking I'm gonna try Kettlebody By Brooke.
I'd use internet videos, but we are moving in the next month and won't have internet access anymore. We could it would just be ridiculously slow0
