Progress so far...
I have so far lost 34lbs, I've lost 7.5 inches from my hips and 8 inches from my waist. I can run up to 40 mins straight at 6mph (that started from only being able to run for 7 seconds and wanting to pass out) I can cycle up to 15 miles and I swim up to 40 lengths.
