No scales for 6 weeks challenge! #ns6 New year gift for you!

Christmas is a hard time for weight loss and last year, i went WAY overboard. So here is my plan:

-Weight myself on 18th November and not look again for 6 weeks

-Maintain my use of MFP with a weightloss expectation of 1lb per week and sustain daily calorie allowence

-Continue logging my execise WITHOUT eating those calories

-Not complete daily logs to avoid seeing potential weight loss (Optional)

If i stick to this i will sill lose 6lbs over the holidays and that would be superb just in it's self. Due to the last few months i don't feel worried food wise over the holidays, i'm quite happy, i don't over indulge anymore. I'm doing this because i really want a nice surprise for New Years. Providing i stick to working out regularly i could lose more and how fab that would feel to finish the year with.

Anyone else fancy it??

    This sounds like a great idea! The scale is not my friend & I'm slightly addicted to it so I'm in!
