This is how/what i'm doing at the moment:

Running 10 min mile average 10-25 mins x5 times a week
Cycling up to 14 mph, 3 miles x1-2 a week
Swiming zumba swim x1 a week or 750m in 25 mins x1 a week

I'd like some idea's on how to mix it up or how to build over the next 4 months so i'm speeding up my metabolism and resting rate. I've read about rotating high impact v low each day, happy to do this just need a plan to stick to. I'd like to work out every day, i know you need some days off but i'm looking to maintain a plan for the next four months to just burn fat, then work out a regular routine to use going forward.

Having been in a plateau I just increased my cals and i'm back to a steady loss.

(Encouraging peeps feel free to add friend too!!)

Thanks guys
