Having just gone through 40 days of healthy eating and losing a good amount (not that it's the weigh, it's the healthy life i'm looking for) and keeping it off, am now looking to commit 10 weeks to healthy eating, working out and building strength. Any advice from runners/cycists would be great.

Hey Fin X,
Sounds like you are doing everything right. Thought about using nutritional supplements? What type of workout you doing or looking at doing.

Hey Charlie,
By supplements do you mean vitimins?
At the moment i do 15-30 mins running every morning and cycling every other day for aprox 1 hour with swimming zumba for an ouronce every two weeks. I should do more weights but i'm happy to build up my strength with just these for now.
