So i just redid my calorie goals on MFP. I realized I was at my goal weight in december of 190 so my calorie goals before to loose the lbs to get to 190 were 1660. Now that I'm 190 I want to be 150, and MFP calculated that I should only eat 1390 calories. That to me seems really low. I burn anywhere from 500-700 calories…
