Calorie Goals/Numbers

So i just redid my calorie goals on MFP. I realized I was at my goal weight in december of 190 so my calorie goals before to loose the lbs to get to 190 were 1660. Now that I'm 190 I want to be 150, and MFP calculated that I should only eat 1390 calories. That to me seems really low. I burn anywhere from 500-700 calories working out so I guess i can eat more.

I'm 5'6, 190 with an active lifestyle (I'm a server at a busy restaurant)

I want to loose weight. I havnt' lost any weight since december and i'm getting frustrated.

    Ive been there. I was at 190 when I was bartending 5 years ago. What worked for me back then was watching what I drank and I started to run 3 days a week and strength train with cheezy DVDs. I'm not sure if that helps you. I had been doing well counting calories but the source of those calories werent always from the best sources.

    My calorie goal per day is 1200, and it can be rough.
    If you stick with things that stick well with you it is a lot easier. Like lean proteins and veggies. For example for breakfast today i will be having an egg white scramble with spinach and ham in it, along with a grapefruit cup. This is pretty filling and all together 160 calories.

    It just takes extra planning. :)
