Hypnotherapy
I'm not sure if I have an eating disorder. I constantly eat out of boredom even if I'm not hungry. I was thinking of trying hypnotherapy to help with this issue and try and focus on other things before food. A friend of mine saw a hypnotist and was able to quit smoking so I may try this. 1200 and calorie cycling?
Is anyone else at 1200 calories daily and upping their calories 2-3 days a week by 200-300 cal to cycle? And is it working out for you? So far it seems to have broken my 3 week stall.

Is it better to go by mfp calories and eat back exercise calories or trying to figure out tdee and activity level which is different every day?

Going to chickie and Pete's and they aren't snow crab legs listed in MFP for that restaurant. I see other places ranging from 90-300+ for 1 cluster. Does anyone know what to go by. Thanks

This is actually advice I tell myself on a daily basis. I'm not on a diet, I can eat whatever I want, just not as much as I used to eat. I need to stop when I've reached my calorie limit for the day. And my favorite. I can eat whatever I want, I just chose not to eat that at this time. Please share your thoughts!!

Im confused. TDEE & BMR - How many calories do I need?
For the past 7 weeks I've been consuming an average of 1200 calories per day, most days. I've read about TDEE & BMR and calculated mine at 151.4 lbs and 5'3", with light exercise 1-3 days per week. My TDEE is 1976 and my BMR is 1437. I know 3500 cal is 1 lb and minus that from my weekly TDEE leaves me with 1476 cal/day.…

TDEE & exercise question
I'm going to start counting calories by my TDEE at 20%. My question is I aim to burn 1500-2000 calories per week (over 4-5 hours). Usually on the treadmill walking or at an incline. Fun burning calories!!
What ways do you burn calories that is more fun and how many do you burn during that time I'm still looking to find something fun. When I was a teen I loved dancing around, somehow I feel to old and out of shape to do that but it sure was fun.
