Going to chickie and Pete's and they aren't snow crab legs listed in MFP for that restaurant. I see other places ranging from 90-300+ for 1 cluster. Does anyone know what to go by.

Thanks

I use the "generic snow crab leg clusters" that are in the database (default-half pound). It matched closely with the boxed snow crab that I bought in my local store. If the legs you are having are large, just guestimate how many pounds (before eating them!) and adjust the entry. They are not very calorie dense at all, especially since there is very little actual meat... and a lot of work to get it. lol But to make up for the lack of calories and fat, I eat them with LOTS of butter. Yum.
