BMR
My bmr is 1672.50 and then I multiply it by 1.2 for sedentary it equals 2007. How many calories should I cut? Also I chose to multiply it by 1.2 since I work at an officer and sit the entire day. Did I do that right?

According to my BMR I should be consuming 1570 cal. I think thats low. Im not really losing weight and I need help with my numbers. Any suggestions?

Cheat Days!!!
On cheat days are we allowed to eat anything within our calorie goal or eat healthy but can go over our calorie goal. I had my cheat day on Sunday had pizza and was still under my goal. I want to go to Red Robins this Sunday but dont know the rule to cheat day. My cheat day is every Sunday.

Hiking buddies in Phoenix, Arizona
I started hiking April of 2010 and was up to going almost every day. Now I'm only going on Saturdays and was wondering who would like to join. It's a 5 mile hike which usually takes an hr and a half up to 2 hours. Its a major calorie burn and its fun. Whoever wants to join let me know and we will make plans. :happy:

Do third shifters really weight more
I've heard that those who work graveyards tend to be slightly heavier than those who work day shift. Anyone know if this is true? I've been working graveyards for 2.5 years and its more difficult to lose the weight. Even though I'm more active than before and counting my calories.

How much is safe to lose in a week
My goals are set to 1 lb a week with 1780 calories daily. If i try and change it to 2 lbs a week it decreases to 1280 calories a day. I dont think I can manage 1280 at 5 feet 7.5 inches and 203 lbs.
