Its taken me a while cause i wont lose any weight then i stall so probably about 2 months or more. My weight before i even started i was 256. Ive lost 61 pounds but its take me over 13 years. I lost a lot at the beginning but then stalled.

What it could also be is how you're working out. If you are doing cardio then weight training try those around. Try weight training first then cardio. That worked for me. Shocking the body out of its comfort zone.

I wipe them because they do get extremely dirty especially with toddlers in the house. She's 16 being rude is her thing right now. Ignore her. Or make her grab a towel and help you clean them lol

Some may get offended especially someone trying to lose weight. If someone thinks they are losing weight and looking better than someone ask that question it would probably make that person feel like they are NOT looking any better after all the hard work. Do you get it? or not?

I asked about it last night within my friends and I was told to download the jefit on my phone and did some workouts from there. Today I did shoulder and biceps. Saturday Im going to do biceps and probably abs. Am I doing this wrong? Sorry I meant Saturday Im going to do triceps not biceps again.

They maybe stick thin but Im sure we can do so much more than they can. We can probaly out run them, lift weights, be able to dance and not feeling like passing out.
