Pulled or torn tricep

Last Sunday my brother and I boxed for about an hour. The next day my right arm was extremely sore and nothing on my left. It has been sore the entire week. Today Saturday I was working out and while doing planks I was getting up and lifted my left arm while I was still on my elbow on my right arm. I suddenly had extreme pain on my right tricep and couldnt hold my weight and fell on my stomach. I pretty much kicked like a little kid and grabbed my tricep and stayed there for a couple of seconds. Got up and lifted my right arm and bended my arm back to touch my back it hurt a lot. I've been trying to stretch the muscle throughout the night and seems to be getting easier and less painful. What can I do to heal quickly. All I can keep thinking about is my daughter, she is going to want me to pick her up and she is about 40 pounds and I know I'm not gonna be able to. :sad:

So please any pointers and how to heal my tricep ASAP....fully appreciate it :smile:

    The only advice I can give right now is GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. No-one on here can give you any advice worth a damn (even doctors or physios) because they can't examine you. You NEED to get this seen to and immeaditley.
