To eat and not to eat

Ok I keep reading that I should eat my calories I earn from working out and others say not to eat them..

IM CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So eat them or not?

    lol do what you want..

    there really is no reason to eat back..if you do you risk eating back too much and not losing. those calories should have already been accounted for when you calculated your energy expenditure as your activity level.

    i dont even count my exercise. my TEE is around 1750. i lift and do cardio almost every day, i dont eat extra from exercise and i've maintained my weight. so....

    I eat mine back if I end up with a negative or very small net. Contestants on Biggest Loser dont eat theirs back and drop weight! Make sure you eat at least 1200 cals minimum. If you feel you need to eat some back, then do. We are all different. Some people can lose weight eating 1200, but I lost more weight eating 1400 cals. This site is only a guide.
