I'm going "way" over my fat and sugar intake. Has anyone any healthy tips for meals and snacks? I'm kind of lost on this... I eat 2 pieces of fruit daily, so no wonder I go over that?

Up calorie intake, gain weight?
Can anyone help me please? I've been trying to up my calorie intake, but as soon as I did that, I started to gain weight again and somehow it won't come off anymore. Ideas and tips are more than welcome!

How to lose 3kg healthily?
Can anybody tell me how to lose 3kg healthily in a months time? I've got the feeling the 1200cal diet isn't working at all, eventhough I walk 30 minutes every day and work out at least 3 times a week. Anyone got any tips? :)

Eating 1200 and not losing..
Upping my cals and I instantly gain weight! What am I doing wrong/what's going wrong here? Side note: started to lift weights, so it could be that I am gaining muscle, but I should lose some weight after a while... right?

Not losing...
I've been plateauing for a while now, and nothing I try seems to work. I tried to up my kcals for a week or two, but that didn't do the trick either. My diary is open for public, so if you guys want to have a look and give me feedback?

Good sugars vs. bad sugars?
I'm watching my sugar intake, but as I eat at least 2 pieces of fruit a day, I tend to get over it a lot! Isn't there a difference between good sugars (fruits, vegetables) and bad sugars (soda's, sweets etc.)?

Is he scale messing with my mind?
Before the weekend I weighed myself and was 59kg and now, after a weekend in London, and I really watched my kcal intake and just went over it slightly... 61kg! I don't know if it's me or the scale, but my weight always changes between 59 and 61, even if there's just one day difference. I'm very confused here.
