My diary is open. I'm eating 1200 again because of the weight gain, upped it to 1400/1500 for a few weeks. Lost 5kg, gained 3 back now.

I've been doing mpf for a while now, lost a bit, now I've been gaining it back bit by bit. It's not like I eat more or work out less... Frustrating! What excercises have you been doing?

Thanks all! In a normal week I work out 3x 60 minutes, and I walk at least 30 minutes daily. And I try to eat different things every day, to prevent my body getting used to certain foods...

I miss milkshakes most, and vanilla or banana…

I'd burn some kcals before if I had the time ;) I usually take the spaghetti al pesto, might take an mozzerella or seafood salad this time then :) It's just that I've planned this dinner for tomorrow evening, and I've got one (or two even) barbecues this weekend! My oh my.

I normally drink black coffee, but I go to Starbucks for a cappuccino with soy milk (or any other coffee shop that's serves coffee with soy milk, as I'm milk intollerant). ((I've worked at Starbucks for 2 months, got loads of free coffees and foods and gained 2-3kg. I used to drink grande's or venti's all the time, now I…
