not losing weight

I have been doing my fitness pal for 4 weeks and have pretty much stayed within my limits for calories, carbs, etc. but am not losing weight. Has anyone else had this problem?

  • I've been doing mpf for a while now, lost a bit, now I've been gaining it back bit by bit. It's not like I eat more or work out less... Frustrating!

    What excercises have you been doing?

    I've had a slow go of things myself and just read this thread. It tells you how to calculate your numbers so that you can get your calories in the right range. I'm still in shock after it just concluded that I should be eating 500 to 700 calories more than I have set as my goal. I'm going to try it... but I'm freaking out just sure that I will gain. I keep hearing people here say eat more... It goes against my logic and my personal experience with my own body but apparently there is a magic window between too much and too little calories and this is what it takes. I'm giving it a shot.

    Have you been exercising? Usually I don't lose weight on diet alone. I know some people can but some people's bodies compensate with the lower calorie intake by lowering down the BMR.
