Nearly there. And plateauing. What do I have to do to reach my goal? Up my cals already?

  Work your absolute *kitten* off. Maybe hire a personal trainer for a couple weeks and get them hammering you.

  I try 3 times a week.

  Up it. 4-5 times, include both weights and cardio.
