Healthy comfort foods

I'm not an emotional eater, but now...wew. I've got a lot of exams coming up, which freaks me out. I'm on the verge of indulging on chocolate and cookies! There must be healthier options....

    Have some and account for them in your food diary.

    you could make some No Bake Cookies or have a couple of squares of semi sweet dark chocolate.

    Better Yet, How about some semi sweet dark chocolate no bake cookies.

    I feel your panic and 2nd the suggestion.
    I find if I just indulge and account for it I'm better off.
    True numbers, I get what I want, and noting it keeps me from binging as well.
    Took me a lil while to realize that serving sizes were my friend.

    few suggestions....any of the skinny cow ice cream=super yummy and only typically about 200 calories. 3 chocolate covered strawberries are only about 100 calories. If you like rice cakes, quaker makes a chocolate one. If you want salty lays baked potato chips
