Haven't lost the slightest bit...

Since my last weigh in a month ago. I think my body 'likes' this weight. I still stick to the 1200 kcals a day and I try and exercise atleast 30 minutes a day... but since my last weigh in I'm stuck. Any ideas? I'm 2kg from my target weight...

    If you're only 2kg from yout target, you might want to increase your calories intake. You should be looking to lose around 250 grams (0.5lb) per week. Also, make sure your activity level is correct. Your body doesn't like to drop weight if you're not eating enough.
