Plank
I know holding the plank is supposed to be really good for your core. I can hold a plank for a grand total of 40 seconds lol its awful. Will doing it every day or twice a day for as long as I can really help my stomach muscles that much ?

Gain through Water
Hi I know you gain weight in water when you do an exercise your not used to. This morning I had extremely achey muscles etc so I was expecting the gain but not a 1.8lbs gain. I am hoping it is all just water and wondered on average how long does it take for it to come back off again ? Thank you
