Hi I am going away this summer and really want to feel and look good in a bikini. (a lot of peoples goals I know)
At the moment I am 10st13 and my goal was 10st however I would rather drop a dress size and tone up my stomach ( often the last place you lose fat :/ ) and majorly tone up my legs.

I run a mile or a mile and a half 4 times a week and am starting Jillian Michaels dvds this week. Is this a realistic goal for 5/6 months time and if so how can I improve/ speed up the process?

I am currently eating 1200 - 1400 cals a day though will up my calories to 1600 - 1800 when I start doing the dvds daily.

So, you want to lose 13 lbs and or tone up in five months? Yes, that sounds very reasonable.

Eat sensibly. For example, set MFP to lose .5 lb per week and eat back your calories. Make sure you know what your maintenance level is and allow yourself to eat up to that.

While getting used to your DVD, start looking into strength training. What would be most practical for you? A gym with free weights? Resistance bands at home? Body weight in the park? How do they compare with your DVDs?
