Need a little help

I am planning on starting ripped in 30 in feb this is what I hope my exercise regime will look like:
Monday: morning - dvd afternoon - run 1 or 2 miles
Tuesday: morning - dvd afternoon
Wednesday morning - yoga
Thursday: morning -dvd afternoon - run 1 or 2 miles
Friday: morning - dvd afternoon - run 1 or 2 miles
Saturday: dvd
Sunday: run 1.5 miles
At the moment I try to run 3/4 times a week 1 or 2 miles depending on time and how im feeling. My calorie intake is between 1200 - 1400. With me increasing my exercise so much and adding small weights to my regime I am worried that I will not fully benefit from the dvd because of having a deficit of calories.
Can anyone recommend how many calories I should be consuming with this new regime and the sorts of foods I should be eating to get maximum benefit out of this regime please
Although I want to use the dvd to tone my body I would still like to lose weight as I am not quite at my goal yet.
