TDEE CALORIE GOAL
So, from a TDEE calculator, I get a higher goal amount than my MFP goal (200 calories higher) because exercise is factored in. Does it still work the same way and do I have to eat back my exercise calories still?

What do you eat after intense Cardio?
I just had an intense 60 minute zumba class and burned 600 calories! Now what I'm wondering is what is the best thing/things to eat after an intense cardio workout? After strength training I typically eat a lot of protein and some healthy carbs, does the same apply for cardio? :)

Do I Still eat my burned calories back AFTER A MORNING WORKO
Say I workout RIGHT in the morning and burn around 600-700 calories each time. Technically I'm not burning any of my allowed calories for the day.
