Eating more- Losing more?

I'm 5'0, 127 pounds, and currently netting 1430 calories a day but have found myself not losing for 2-3 weeks now. I work out every day- cardio and strength training interchangeably and burn around 400-600 calories a workout. It worked before but clearly, I have stalled in my weight loss.
So- I've been thinking of upping my calories to 1500 because I'm thinking it's just cause i'm not eating enough. However- I'm scared to gain by eating more.
Has anyone felt/gone through the same thing? And has upping calories worked or not worked for you?
