Do I Still eat my burned calories back AFTER A MORNING WORKO

Say I workout RIGHT in the morning and burn around 600-700 calories each time.
Technically I'm not burning any of my allowed calories for the day. Should I still be eating my burned calories back or just stick to my calorie goal of 1200 calories? If I did eat my burned calories from my morning workout- doesn't that mean I'm OVER my target calorie by the end of the day?
Thanks for your help!

Eat them. It's still the same day.

Simple rule... if you burn it, you can eat it!

Remember that your body doesnt operate on a daily or weekly schedule, it all evens out over time. I almost always workout in the mornings before I have eaten anything, the best part is being able to add those calories to my daily 'allowance' :). I'm not the quickest loser in the world, but I've lost about 22lbs in four months or so would seem to suggest that this approach works ok.
