Is it alright to just go by calorie intake?
Most of the time I'm too busy to search for each food, so I just enter in the calories. Right now I'm not really paying attention to the other categories in the food diary (protein, carbs, sugar). Can you really loose 2lbs a week by just eating right?

If only they made half-sizes
I always hate when you've lost some weight and your size doesn't fit you, and neither does the next size down without being a teensy bit snug. If I could have a half-size down in pants, and underwear I'd be the happiest person on earth. Haha. Who else is with me that needs half-sizes!

The weight loss group I joined seems to not be very good with "encouragement and motivation" like they protrayed the night, and that's one of the reasons why I always quit. So if there's anyone out there who'd like to help, I'd be greatly appreciative! I'm happy to help motivate others too!
