So during the week I work as a pharmacy tech and I am on my feet all day walking around and such, so I have in my settings on Lightly Active. Then it got me thinking, that most weekends (the only days I have off), other than taking a class with one of the dogs or out doing errands with my mom, I am usually home relaxing. So far this weekend I have changed the settings to Sedentary as I'm not moving around as much as work.
I dunno, it kind of made sense to you, but wonder if you fine wonderful people could shed some opinions on it.

In my opinion its better to under estimate it than to over estimate, try it for a month on the lower setting and see what results you get, you can always change it back?
