Weird Day Today

So I woke up this morning (6.30am) STARVING, like didn't eat anything the day before starving. Ate a big breakfast. Two and a half hours at work, I was starving again and had a snack (which I don't normally do). Two and a half hours later at my lunch time, I scarfed down my food again (including my late afternoon snack). I was hungry again by my next break, but had to go without snack, and then was home at 5pm.
I had used up my daily allotted calories by 1pm (-300ish). I was sooo hungry that I forgo measuring my dinner and ate until I was full. This has never happened to me, it was like I was possessed by some unsatiable black hole in my stomach that kept screaming FEED ME (like in the Little Shop of Horrors).
As I type this, it's been about 3 hours since dinner, and I'm hungry again. What the heck is going on? /sadface

OH My gosh me too!!! I am on antibotics I wonder if that effects it I went to mayoclinc.com and looked up high fiber foods tomorrow everything i eat will be high fiber I will let you know if that helps! I have never been this out of control!!!!0

What are you eating? Is it nutrient rich foods or just empty calories?0

1: track your calories. Don't just do quick add all day. track them. don't cheat yourself.
2: limit your sugar intake.
3: make sure you're not drinking alcohol, because that makes your blood sugar fluctuate and you will think you're starving.
4: eat fruit instead of fruit juice. applesauce is more processed than an apple.
5: veggies, baby carrots...
6: soda...not good. If you must, drink diet soda. It's best to ween yourself off of it.0 -
No soda today, drank about a liter of water. I had eggs for breakfast with some toast (if I have carbs in the morning I'm less grumpy lol). First snack was peanut butter and bunch of apple slices. I did have homemade pizza for lunch (2 slices) as I was running late and grabbed what I could.
Only other thing I can think of, is I only got 4 hours of sleep last night (yay insomnia).0 -
This happens to me too every few months. For me, if I just feed the beast, it'll shut up! Seriously, it passes, and the next day I'm back to normal. One day won't kill ya. Just consider today your cheat day and press on. You'll do fine the rest of the week. Good luck!0
